| Tempo Driver Kills E-Rikshaw Driver After Heated Argument |
Guwahati: The police in Assam have apprehended a tempo driver on the suspicion of causing the death of an e-Rickshaw driver by hitting him with a stone in the Fatashil Ambari area of Guwahati. The incident took place on Saturday in the Odalbakra locality of Fatashil Ambari.
According to reports, an altercation ensued between the two drivers, leading to the tempo driver throwing a stone at the victim, resulting in his immediate demise. The deceased individual has been recognized as Mohammad Rahizuddin, and the suspect has been identified as Nav Ray.
Currently, the police have taken custody of the accused, and an ongoing inquiry is in progress.
